Why am I on Weight Watchers?

SO THAT I NEVER HAVE THIS SELF DIALOGUE EVER AGAIN!  


Ok, that's not the only reason, the health benefits, longer life, blahblahblahhh.......but this here?  THIS will be the big bonus, because I plan to spend the entire summer at the beach in Grand Haven!

I just want to share that after 7 years of carrying a lot of extra weight (after not walking at all for a year due to a broken foot), I started drinking green tea 3 times a day, than read and followed "The 17 Day Diet", which has 3 alternating cycles of 17 days. I have just finished 3 sets of the 3 cycles and weigh 38 pounds less than when I started, moving from a size 16 to a 10, since the end of November. I'm pretty happy with that, as I wasn't having much success with WW (even though I ate meticulously, including no gluten and no sugar!). Maybe this would work for you.
